CortoKino’26 is back, and we are inviting institutes to showcase their talent across a diverse range of cinematic and creative disciplines. Whether you are a budding filmmaker, a visual journalist, or a creative advertiser, this is your stage to celebrate innovation and culture. We are thrilled to announce that submissions for our flagship events are now open. Explore our categories and find your niche: Our Competitions •⁠ ⁠THE AWAKENING (Short Film): Create a visual story born from your CC universe. Adapt the first chapters of a book into a complete cinematic experience. •⁠ ⁠THE ARCTIC PREVIEW (Trailer): Build a compelling trailer using one iconic dialogue as your backbone. Let a single line drive your rhythm and tone. •⁠ ⁠BEYOND THE TAGLINE (TVC): Blend creativity and narrative to craft a 1-minute commercial for a given sponsor, utilizing at least two literary devices. •⁠ ⁠THE LOOKBOOK LORE (Photography): Design a character lookbook with 15+ expressive photographs. Capture personality and style through a professional lens. •⁠ ⁠PRESS PARCEL (Journalism): Craft a professional Electronic Press Kit (EPK) featuring loglines, synopses, and key selling points for your film. Submission Guidelines & Rules To ensure a seamless experience and a high standard of professional conduct, all participants must adhere to the following consolidated rules: •⁠ ⁠Content Standards: We strictly prohibit vulgarity, profanity, nudity, or obscene language. Anything perceived as offensive to national, religious, or linguistic sentiments will lead to immediate disqualification. •⁠ ⁠Originality: All work must be original; plagiarism is strictly forbidden. •⁠ ⁠Formats: •⁠ ⁠⁠Videos: Submit in MP4 format (applicable to Short Film, TVC, and Trailer). •⁠ ⁠Documents/Photos: Submit in PDF format (applicable to Press Kit and Photography soft copies). •⁠ ⁠Technical Specs: Photography entries must use magazine paper for hard copies and maintain the aesthetics of the original film. •⁠ ⁠Deadlines: All digital files must be submitted 3 days prior to the event. •⁠ ⁠Professionalism: For on-site events, attire must be appropriate and decent.
